Shipping
Free shipping to lower 48 U.S. states (as indicated on most items).
For Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada please e-mail us with your destination
requirements and we will quote you estimated shipping fees. All prices
are in U.S. Dollars.
Satisfaction
/ Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must email us at sales@thetiffanydepot.com
within 7 days after receiving item for return instructions. Item must
be in original purchase condition for a refund minus a 50% re-stocking
fee. Please repackage the items as received. Return shipping charges
are not refundable.
Damaged
Goods
Open boxes immediately upon receipt. Contact us with 24 hours if damaged
goods are discovered. Hold goods in original cartons and packaging. For
obvious external damage or rattling, open carton in presence of the driver
and instruct him or her to note damage in their log. Claims will not be
honored if reported beyond 72 hours of receipt of goods.
Production
Times
Most items ship in 5-10 days. Production times will vary because
of the unique hand crafted process and may be up to 6-10 weeks. If you
have a specific delivery time frame, we should discuss this prior to order
placement. Sometimes, through circumstances beyond our control, we do
not make a projected delivery schedule. We will do our best to expedite
your order, but cannot guarantee an exact delivery day. An estimated production
time has been given if applicable. Since these can vary by time of year
and other factors, we will be more precise when we know the items you
are ordering. Please understand that some products are of the highest
quality and are being crafted or ordered especially for you. It will be
worth the wait.
Changes / Cancellations
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to cancel the order
before any fees are incurred. Any fee or charges incurred to us for cancellation
or changes will be applied to you.
Disclaimer of Liability to Products Functionality
Under no circumstances shall any member of thetiffanydepot.com be responsible
for any incidental or consequential property damages or bodily injuries
arising from the use or misuse of the product.

by anyone but thetiffanydepot.com. When you place an order, your order
information (including your name, address, credit card number) is encrypted
using a market-proven secure server for maximum security. Your credit
card and billing information cannot be read by third party as it travels
to our order system. The order system we employ processes millions of
transactions each month. Ordering from us is safe!
Privacy

will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company
for any reason whatsoever, other than for the express purpose of delivering
the purchased product or service requested by the customer. Private Customer
information (credit cards, S.S. Numbers, financials, etc.) is not kept
on file. You will not receive any continual email solicitation from us.
Soon we will start up a newsletter and it will have a simple opt in and
opt out option along with instructions in how to do so.

Availability
Please note that listed availability might not be applicable for multiple
copies of an item and items recently discontinued by our suppliers. In
addition, sudden demand for an item can have an effect on its availability.
We will inform you by phone or e-mail if any items in your purchase item(s)
prove to be in backorder or unavailable. No transaction will be charged
until your order is shipping.

Display/Colors
Thetiffanydepot.com makes every effort to display product images given
by our suppliers as clear and as accurately as possible. However, we cannot
guarantee that the color shades or color patterns you see on your computer
exactly matches the product color you see in person, as the display of
the color depends, in part, upon the monitor and the computer setting
you are using. In addition, many of our art glasses are individually hand
crafted, so some variation in its pattern should be expected.
Prices
& Typographical Errors
Prices and policies are subject to change without notice. In the event
a product is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information
due to typographical error or error in pricing, coupon or gift certificate
errors or misuse and abuse or incorrect product information received from
our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
placed under these conditions and correct any disparities whether or not
the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If
your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order
is canceled, we shall immediately issue a FULL credit to your credit card
account. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
