1.) Why does it say CPromotions or Crazy Promotions on my credit card
statement?
Thetiffanydepot.com is a subsidiary of Crazy Promotions Inc. which
is our parent company.

How long until I get my order?
Normally orders are shipped out within 5-10 business days directly from
our factory in New York. You will first receive a confirmation email which
is your receipt and then once your order has shipped you will then receive
all of your FedEx or UPS tracking information which you can track from
our door to yours.
3.) Can I order my hanging lamps with a switch or plug?
Yes, all hanging lamps can be ordered with a switch and/or plug for an
additional charge. Call our office at 772 581 2923 to place your order.

Can the wire and chain be ordered longer?
Yes, all of our lamps can be ordered with a longer chain and wire for
an additional charge. Call our office at 772 581 2923 to place your order
and specify the length needed.

Can I order just the shade or base of a lamp I see of your website?
Yes, please call our office at 772 581 2923 for pricing information.

Do you make custom tiffany lamps or window art?
Yes, also all if you see any tiffany lighting on our website that you
like and we do not carry it in the size you are looking for we can custom
make any size you would like. Or if you would like custom lighting all
together simply send us a picture of what you would like and we will provide

What is truck shipping?
Some items are to large or fragile to be sent out by FedEx or UPS and
must be shipped by truck. To purchase these tiffany lamps you must call
our office for a shipping quote before order. Call our office at 772 581

Do your tiffany lamps come with light bulbs?
No.
9.)
What hardware do fan light shades come with?
Simple 3 or 4 light shades only come with the shades but, some single
large globes come with lighting hardware. Fans are not included in any
of our fan lighting.

If I don't like the colors in a shade that I like can I change the colors?
Yes, it would be considered a custom lamp and there maybe custom charges
and a longer production time but we can make any color combination you
would like. Call our office at 772 581 2923 to place your order.
11.)
Are your lamps made of glass?
Yes, we only care genuine Meyda tiffany lamps and Meyda tiffany lighting.
All of our lamps are hand made glass pieces by skilled craftsmen.
